it used to be that you were rewarded by your peers for the effort you put in, and therefore, i put in a ton of time and effort. but this no longer feels true and actually if you aren’t using ai, you are behind and looked down upon, even if you are putting in a ton of effort; effort is no longer rewarded

is this just my perspective? is it wrong? are you hearing this in your sphere? what is the “solution” to the human impact of ai? do you believe it’s a net good for humanity to “democratize what folks can do?” or do you think this “democratization of power” of the masses actually centralizes more power at the top?
